Real Success is Measured by the Legacy You Build in Your Life

“The real unicorns are those who successfully scale their business and personal life”

Building a company is one thing, building a meaningful life is another. While scaling businesses, Derek’s greatest joy comes from moments with his family.

Where did Divot’s name come from?

Growing up Derek spent summers in Tampa Florida sleeping on the couch of his grandparents small home on Divot Lane. While neither rich nor famous, they taught him firsthand about the immeasurable impact anyone could make.

Inspired by their legacy, Divot shares the stories of those who took risks, challenged norms, and made a difference. Because real success is about the mark you leave behind.
